Cancellation & Refund Policy

Membership training and recovery sessions

• Moving a session is always free. Use "Change time" in the app to move your session to another open time. Your credit moves with it and nothing is charged or forfeited.
• Sessions are booked with at least 2 hours notice, one session per day, within your membership's booking window.
• If we cancel on you for any reason (coach availability, facility closure), your credit is always returned in full.

Assessments and one-time services

This covers the Fulcrum Assessment, Resting Metabolic Assessment, Travel Reset, and Executive Recovery.

• Before your session is scheduled: contact us for a full refund, no questions asked.
• Scheduled, and you cancel at least 24 hours ahead: your choice of a full refund or a free reschedule.
• Scheduled, and you cancel less than 24 hours ahead: one free reschedule. The purchase is not refundable at that point, because your reserved time and staffing can no longer be offered to another client.
• After the service has been delivered: purchases are not refundable.

Memberships

Membership agreements carry their own statutory cancellation and refund rights, which are stated in your membership agreement at purchase and are honored in full. Message us in the app or email contact@midtownbiohack.com with any membership question.

How to cancel or ask for a refund

Cancel sessions directly in the app (Book a Session → your upcoming sessions). For anything else, message us in the app or email contact@midtownbiohack.com. Refunds go back to your original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days.
